What information is required
All data needed by us can be supplied in an ID form. Example: Affiliate ID, player id etc. No affiliate details nor players details are required for affiliate payment file reporting and insight delivery
How long does it take to get a payment file ready t our team
Once the month ends and the data in your system is locked in for the previous month and we receive that data - we will have your files ready and sent back to you withing 3 working days
If I have multiple brands on the same affiliate program are you able to provide a report per brand
Yes we are able to provide you a report per brand provided that there is a seperation metric within your data set
What further support is needed from our side as the operator
We can either have a meeting with your head of affiliates to run through our findings where we may spot questionable payments due. This is in order for your Head of Affiliates to approve or deny the payment in order for us to update the files and have them payment ready for your teams
Who do you send the payment file to
It is your choice who you would prefer for us to send this to either your CMO, CFO or Head of Affiliates
